Kalau dilihat kebelakangan ni, memang banyak pilihan untuk beli rumah. Sampai pening nak pilih rumah yang macamana. Nak beli rumah subsale, tapi OK ke? Kali ni saya share sikit tentang rumah subsale ni, sebab ramai yang tak pasti tentang kebaikan beli rumah subsale ni berbanding rumah jenis lain. Apa itu rumah subsale? Rumah subsale adalah rumah yang dibeli daripada pemilik rumah lain yang bukan pemaju. Pendek kata, beli dari pasaran sekunder. Ini bermakna, rumah ni dah bertukar tangan ke pemilik lain. Rumah subsale ni, ada yang masih baru tapi ada juga yang telah diubahsuai dan diduduki. Apa kebaikan beli rumah subsale? 1. Kebaikan paling utama mestilah disebabkan harga . Rumah subsale secara keseluruhan lebih murah daripada rumah developer dalam kawasan sama. Tambahan lagi, harga rumah subsale masih boleh di-nego termasuk dengan pengubahsuaian dan penambahan.
