The main kitchen or simply "dry kitchen" is strategically located to provide the most fantastic views of the rolling slopes of Tropicana golf course. A wet kitchen is also provided adjoining the main kitchen.

The back door in the kitchen opens up to the backyard which is mainly occupied by the swimming pool. The backyard provides open views of Tropicana golf course in all its glory. Refreshing for those outdoor breakfast and tea, and definitely a luxury for being in the middle of the city.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a 15 feet long space with wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The master has arguably the best views of the house, having an unblocked view of the golf course.
